Reducing embodied carbon
All four of Seaforth’s developments are ‘upcycling’ of existing buildings, conserving the embodied carbon, and thus significantly reducing the environmental impact of development on the environment.
Space House:
Designed to be the UK’s first listed BREEAM Outstanding building
Central London’s best provision of cycle parking and showers per NIA of space, encouraging and fulfilling the market’s need to greener transportation

Infilling the top two floors using cross-laminated timber
Designing the façade with a minimum of 35% recycled metal
Both buildings are 100% electric, meaning no fossil fuels are burned in the operation of the building, and both have opening windows to encourage natural ventilation.

THE MAYOR'S FUND FOR LONDON - ACCESS ASPIRATION
Access Aspiration is a Mayor’s Fund for London programme which has been designed to provide careers support and guidance for 16-24 year old young Londoners who are making key decisions about their future careers.
We are proud to be working with the programme to offer young people insight days and work experience opportunities to give them a better understanding of what working in the real estate industry looks like.
